In 1999 I received the Rookie of the Year award and have been the top producing agent at Karafotias Realty twelve of the fourteen years I have been in real estate.

The Druid Hills, Decatur, Intown Atlanta, and North Atlanta areas (especially including Buckhead where I grew up) are where I do most of my work. I often have knowledge of homes coming on the market. In addition to selling houses, I also sell raw land and commercial buildings in and around the greater Atlanta area.

I graduated from The Baylor School in 1971, and then from the University of Richmond in 1975 with a degree in business. I’m a lifelong member of the United State Tennis Association. I’m also a 30 year member of the US Professional Tennis Association.
